- Muscle Mechanics: Resistance training, cardio and core work all in one class. This is a powerful fat burning workout. All levels. 60 minutes.
- Tri-Fit Class with Champion Jenny Williams: This class starts with you on a spin bike for 20 minutes and then takes you through a series of plyometric training
for 20 minutes and finishes you off with 20 minutes on a treadmill with sprint and hill drills. This 60 minute class is a challenge even for the advanced but Jenny’s motivation
will keep you going!
- Veronica’s Special and Saturday Blast: A Hi/Lo Class that combines cardio with resistance training and tops it off with butt and ab work. Veronica’s
Energy and Spunk will have you dropping calories! All levels.
- 30 minute Cardio Blast: A high intensity Cardio Class that uses rebounders, weighted hula hoops, jump ropes and the great outdoors to keep your heart pumping for
30 minutes. All levels
- Cycling: An indoor cycling workout that challenges your heart rate training zones. This ride class will have you doing intervals, hill climbing and endurance
training to maximize your training potential. Come prepared to shed a lot of calories. Participants will be encouraged to have a heart rate monitor. 45-60 minutes. All levels
- Cardio Kickbox – A Hi/lo class using kickboxing moves and aerobic dance to burn calories while making it fun! 60 min. All levels

- NEW! Circuit Training Kickboxing: Think of boot camp - Indoor and Outdoor training. This non-contact workout will have you boxing and doing strength training
using plyometrics, speed drills and your own body weight to burn calories and tighten your body in ways you never imagined. Participants will hit and kick bags and pads. Intermediate
