Stephen has been successful in the fitness industry for over 14 years and is truly passionate about what he does; proven by the fact that he practices what he preaches. After getting certified he began teaching in 1998. Bob continues to improve his working knowledge taking advantage of re-certifications classes and learning from others. Veronica has been a group fitness specialist for over 20 years now. She has held ACE, BFUT and AFA certifications as a group fitness instructor. She is one of only a few qualified instructors in the metroplex to teach rebounder and has also directed her lively and dynamic teaching style to VFD at Power Play teaching the chick boxing classes. Veronica has dedicated her adult life to fitness and health and teaches many different forms of muscle dynamic classes. She competed in the Womens Tri Fitness Competition in 1995.
